- Description
- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Contracting Office - Fort Eustis (MICC-EU), VA anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Non-Personal to perform sustainment of all Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Enterprise Classroom Program (ECP) classrooms with installed instructional technology capabilities in support of the TRADOC Generating Force institutional training domain. The purpose of this requirement is to ensure that the necessitated IT/AV equipment will be fully functional and operational to enable the Government to accomplish mandated training requirements. The Sustainment program includes repair, replacement, and maintenance of all related classroom instructional technology capabilities to include shipping and handling of replacement components or associated parts and repaired equipment. The contractor shall establish and populate a telephonic Sustainment Technology Desk for the replacement, or repair of instructional technology capabilities during normal business hours. The contractor shall provide both networking support and audio visual support. The contractor shall provide both networking support and audio visual support. The contractor shall also provide technical assistance to fielded Enterprise Classroom Programs and MCASP via telephone and other communications, within 24 hours of request. Contractor shall perform site visits when telephonic troubleshooting is inadequate. When installation warranty periods expire, classroom equipment will be added to this sustainment contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS is $27.5 mil. The Government contemplates awarding a single award contract with cost line numbers for ODC. Base (12 months) plus four (4) twelve month option years. It is required that all 8(A) contractors' doing business with the Government be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at website: http://www.same.gov/. No additional information (to include technical info) regarding this procurement will be available prior to the release of the FINAL RFP. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. The official solicitation (W911S0-17-R-0017) will be made available on: Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov on or about 1 June 17. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
