Description

HSFLGL-17-Q-00137 0002 This amendment is issued to answer vendors' questions: 1Q) How many rooms are required each day of the month for this request? 1A) This amount varies since there are several classes in training at the same time? 2Q) What are the new dates for this solicitation? (They are still showing May 1-31, 2017) 2A) As posted in Amendment 0001 attachment, June 1-30, 2017. 3Q) Is it for the same number of rooms as the solicitation says or are they different also? 3A) It is the same as in the solicitation, 12 classes (4,359 nights). 4Q) What could I do different in the future? Is there anything particular that I forgot? 4A) There is not enough information given to answer this question. 5Q) Do you guys really choose places that's up to 75 miles away? 5A) We have not had a need to place students up to 75 miles away. 6Q) Since we were last inspected on 3/24/2017 and were not able to meet the requirements for the closet/hanging cubical. Are we still eligible for inspections for RFQ : HSFLGL-17-Q-0137? 6A) The COR usually will inspect a hotel every six months. This is the final posting of vendor's questions.
