- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION WE-133F-17-RQ-0694-RBC Project Summary Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials, except those as specified Government Furnished Material (GFM), to remove approximately 65 feet of office wall including door frames and windows as identified in this SOW. The work shall be performed during normal business hours (6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday) unless noted otherwise in this SOW. The Contractor shall field verify all dimensions. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Instructions for submitting quotations under this request for quote must be followed. Failure to provide all information to aid in the evaluation may be considered non-responsive. Offers that are non-responsive may be excluded from further evaluation and rejected without further notification to the offeror. 1. Quotes shall be fully executed and returned on the Standard Form (SF) 18 and any acknowledgements of solicitation amendments on the SF 30. 2. Submit quotations at or before the time specified in the solicitation. Email quotes to raynier.camerino@noaa.gov. 3. The contractor shall provide the following information: a) Point of contact name, telephone and E-mail address. b) DUNS Number 4. Provide a response to all evaluation criteria in accordance with 52.212-2 in this package, page 10. 5. Provide a response to 52.209-11 Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Convictions under any Federal Law, found on page 33. 6. A site visit is available with the Facility Manager/Government Representative, Anthony Morea, on May 17, 2017 at 2:00PM at the Project Location identified in the Statement of Work. His phone number is (206)526-6163. This will be the only site visit that will be accommodated for interested offerors.
