- Amendment 0001 USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests (A-SNFs) has a requirement for Vault Toilet Cleaning and Pumping (hazardous waste) forestwide. The intent of this work is to pump vault toilets and perform some cleaning of restrooms over three-year (3) period. All of this work is covered under the Service Contract Act. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) using the Request For Quote (RFQ) format. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Businesses under the NAICS 562211. The Request For Quotations (RFQ) will be available (uploaded to www.fbo.gov) on or after April 17, 2017. Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. Special attention should be paid to the submission requirements/instructions in Section M of the solicitation. No Site Visit has been scheduled. Send all questions in writing by email to the Contracting Officer. Responses to this solicitation may be sent by email in PDF file format to the Contracting Officer (all submittal and deadline requirements shall be met) wabbott@fs.fed.us on or before the closing date and time for the solicitation. EXTENSION: The Closing Date is extended to June 14, 2017, 4:00 p.m. M ST (State of Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time).
