- This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Core Power Inc., 625 Clark Ave Ste 12, King of Prussia, PA 19406-1438, pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-1(a) (2), only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirements. Washington Headquarters Service, Acquisition Directorate intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Core Power, Inc. is Eaton Corporation's Sole Authorized Manufacturer's Rep for Eastern PA, Southern NJ and Delaware that provide the batteries and capacitors for system maintained by Eaton Corporation. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 2:00 PM, EST on August 12, 2010 by e-mail to edgarlowell.l.moso.ctr@mail.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
