- NASA GRC has a requirement for the detailed design, engineering development, fabrication/prototyping, and assembly of the slotless stator of the High Efficient MW Motor (HEMM). The specifications/Statement of work and draft contract can be found attached. This notice is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12 and simplified procedures in FAR part 13. Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing VIA EMAIL no later than 05/16/2017. It is the quoter's responsibility for downloading their own copy of this notice, the on-line RFQ and amendments (if any). NASA clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
