- AMENDMENT INFORMATION: The purposed of Amendment 0005 is to provide additional Q&A and clarify information that was erroneously stated or omitted in the RFQ. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and therefore the Government will utilize simplified procedures for soliciting competition, evaluation, and award documentation and notifications that comply with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This is a small business set-aside. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under RFQ No. M17PS00031. The United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), has a requirement for Contractor support for the fifth US-Canada Northern Oil and Gas Research Forum which will take place in Anchorage, Alaska in October 2017. The Government anticipates awarding a Time and Materials type Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-83. It is the offeror ¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with the small business size standard of $15 Million.
