- The U.S. Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration (EIA), intends to contract by means of soliciting a single source, Energy GPS LLC, for a suite of natural gas and electric power data, data analytics, interactive, web-based tools, and staff expertise with a focus on regional markets in the Northeast/Midwest and California along with U.S. national and Canadian metrics delivered in a series of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and web-based access, in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). The applicable NAICS code is 541690 with a small business size standard is $15 Million. This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability to accommodate this requirement by e-mailing the Contract Specialist at neil.sahu@eia.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST, May 18, 2017. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement at EIA ™s sole discretion. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. EIA is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this Notice.
