- MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune, NC Contracting Department hereby gives notice of intent to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed price contract to JWC Environmental LLC, 2850 S. Red Hill Avenue, Suite 125, Santa Ana, CA 92705-5541 under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition in 10 U.S.C. Section 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Sole source justification is available upon request. This requirement is to provide Camp Lejeune Public Works Division with the following equipment: • CMD3210-XDS2.0 Chanel Monster System suitable up to 5.2 MGD • 0005-0008-DI Muffin Monster Grinder suitable for up to 335 GPM in 12 inches of water • 0005-0032-DI Muffin Monster Grinder suitable for up to 1,470 GPM in 12 inches of water • 30005-0024-DI Muffin Monster Grinder suitable for up to 1,000 GPM in 12 inches of water • 30005-0050-DI Muffin Monster Grinder suitable for up to 4,310 GPM A formal solicitation was developed (M67001-17-Q-0030) and will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, 19 May 17, via email.
