- SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 4100 East Mississippi Avenue, Suite 900, Glendale, CO 80246 intends to solicit sources to enter into one firm-fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts to provide off-site readjustment counseling services to eligible war-related veterans located in rural communities where the veterans reside (greater than 50 miles from the Casper Vet Center) within the following county of Teton and in the cities of Jackson Hole, WY. The Vet Center mission is to provide outreach and counseling to assist all combat veterans of any conflict to resolve war-related psychological difficulties and to help them achieve a successful post-war readjustment to civilian life. Services shall be for a one-year base period with four one-year pre-priced option periods for renewal. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about May 12, 2017. Proposals submitted shall be due no later than 4:30 p.m. mountain time on June 9, 2017. The applicable NAICS code is 621112 with a small business size standard of $10.0 million. This solicitation is a 100% Unrestricted. The solicitation reference is VA259-17-R-0401, Off-Site Readjustment Counseling Services, and should be referenced in all correspondence/inquiries. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. Any amendments to this solicitation will be available at this website and offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to this solicitation at this website prior to the time of responding to the solicitation. Any questions pertaining to the solicitation must be provided to the contract specialist. Prospect offerors shall review the Solicitation in its entirety prior to emailing frequently asked questions.
