- Solicitation The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic (Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center, Fort Meade, MD) is issuing this solicitation for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses having an interest in supporting a requirement for Primary Care Services.
