- This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (HubZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, veteran owned, or service disabled veteran owned small business) relative to NAICS 621498, All Other Outpatient Care Centers (size standard of $20.5 Million). Responses to the synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on the FedBizOpps website. The VA North Texas Veterans Healthcare System (VANTVHS) has a need for the provision of a Community Based Outpatient Clinic to include primary care services and telehealth care services. The requirement need is to provide all building, staff, supplies and services for up to 3,700 eligible Veterans in Sherman, Texas. Sherman, Texas is located in Grayson County, 86 miles from the Dallas VA Medical Center. Responses to this notice should include a company name, address, and point of contact (Name, Phone Number and e-Mail address), size of business and a capabilities statement. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing to Marisela.Galarza@va.gov. Telephone, mail or fax responses will not be accepted. All vendors/contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management www.sams.gov to be eligible for any government contract. Failure to register in the System for Award Management will result in award to the next qualified vendor. Additionally, if you are a SDVOSB/VOSB you must have a CVE on record on the VET BIZ website in order to claim this socioeconomic category.
