- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee delivery order under N0019-16-G-0001 to The Boeing Company 6200 J.S. McDonnell Blvd Saint Louis, MO 63166 using authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" for the procurement of four Field Service Representatives (FSR's) for operators/maintainers of the F/A-18E/F for a six (6) month period. Two FSR's (2) at NAS Oceana, VA. and two (2) at NAS Whidbey Island, WA in support of F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, integrator, manufacturer and supplier of the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18 G aircraft and is the only known source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within the timeframe required. All respondents must submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent's ability to perform the Government's needs within the required timeframe.
