- This notice is to post Request for Proposal SPE4A7-17-R-0983 for NSN 1650-00-119-3605, which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one -year option years. The item being procured is a Seat, Lower. This procurement was issued as Unrestricted, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. The approved source of supply for this item is CAGE: CAGE: 98391 ARKWIN INDUSTRIES, INC under part number 0711311-610. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 96 each. The required delivery schedule is 202 days. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin.
