- The Program Manager for Training Systems (PM TRASYS) Office intends to award a sole source contract to Commercial Design Services (CDS), 640 Douglas Ave. Suite 1514 Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 for a labor to teardown, remove workstation, and additional Gunlocke office equipment. The estimated value of this contract is $30,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 423210 Furniture Merchant Wholesalers, with a business size standard of 100 EMP. a. Only one responsible source is available to satisfy this furniture requirement. CDS developed the design and original AutoCAD technical floor plans, as well as furniture configuration specifications to existing furniture. CDS also holds configurations for the office and cubicle space furniture's, brackets, mounts, cabinets, and wiring connections to the desks. This synopsis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. DO NOT submit a bid/quote at this time. Any offerors believing they can provide the required design install, and furniture may provide evidence for consideration. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by this agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement can be conducted. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
