- Page 1 of 1 SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research on behalf of Charlotte, North Carolina Healthcare Center through this sources sought to help determine the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Small Businesses (SB) to provide Arthro-Pierce Instruments. The following outlines the characteristics and features that the medical center requires: *Arthro-Pierce, 35 Degree Up 2 EA 6.33 shaft 0.160 (4mm) shaft diameter 0.98 (2.5mm) tapered 35 degrees up bend *Arthro-Pierce, Straight 2 EA 6.33 shaft length 0.160 (4mm) shaft diameter 0.98 (2.5mm) tapered *Ascope Aclave HD 2 EA High Definition (HD) 4mm x 70mm Must fit OTV-S7PRO-HD 12E camera head 1.2x eyepiece Must fit through 5mm cannula Video arthroscope attaches directly to the camera Arthro-Pierce Instruments offer surgeons comprehensive flexibility in arthroscopic and mini-open shoulder repairs, including rotator cuff and bankart repair. Must use pinless hinge technology. *Must be brand name or equal. If the contractor is capable of providing the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor for their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
