- Replace Water Main On or about 13 May 2017, I will post an RFP for service to replace a water main at East Campus located in Tuskegee AL. Please fill out the attached request for proposal, (RFP), and email the completed document back in order to be considered for award. The closing of the buy will be on 17 May 2017 @ 12:00 EST. This is a Small Business Set- Aside; however Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) will be give first Precedence. All questions must be address by email no later than 48 hours prior to the closing. Please provide exactly what the government is requesting. (SEE STATEMENT OF WORK) AND OTHER ATTACHMENTS FOR MORE DETAIL ALL CAPABILITIES ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO CHERY.EASON@VA.GOV
