- As of 15 May 2017, REQUIREMENTS section, item 3 is revised to include item c) as follows: 3. Three (3) to five (5) examples of past projects as the Prime Contractor for crane installations of similar size, complexity and scope completed within the last six years. Examples should include the following information: a) A description of the project, customer name, timeliness of performance, customer satisfaction, and dollar value of each project b) Type of crane, crane's maximum rating capacity, and crane boom length c) Level and type of involvement regarding design of crane footing, foundation, and anchoring system.
