- REMARKS: Item Description: Acquisition is for NSN 4720-01-169-6129, being bought in accordance Cage: 28445 - Part Number: REDAR-A11206-02. The total quantity required is 564 units, delivery of 190 days. Items are shipping to SW3113 CHERRY POINT NC 28533-5040, FOB origin (First Destination Transportation), inspection/acceptance origin. Unit of issue: Each (EA). The proposed contract is an unrestricted acquisition. The NAICS code for this item is 332999, (All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing) The proposed contract is going out as unrestricted. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
