The Contracting Officer was unable to determine price fair and reasonable as required under FAR Part 13.106 (a). This requirement will be re-solicited under AG-2B46-S-17-0036. PLEASE NOTE, the set aside is being changed from HUBZone to Small Business. All other terms and conditions listed in the original solicitation will remain unchanged.
