- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement The Gulf Coast VA HelathCare System in Biloxi, MS is issuing an Open Market RFQ IAW FAR 13.106 for Purchase of a Solar Powered Radar Speed Warning Trailer. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 339950 Sign Manufacturing. This is a Total Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-Aside IAW VAAR 852.219-11 VA Notice of Total Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside.. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must be registered in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Essential Specifications Equal to Brand Name Fast 650 Radar Speed Display Trailer with 50W Solar Panel. for small residential street and corporate campus type applications Trailer must be roadworthy and highway legal. Can be towed by passenger vehicle or golf cart. Color White. Display Features: 12" full graphic characters visible up to 750' Automatic intensity adjustment to ambient light Directional K-Band radar mounted in display RF Key fob for remote parameter setup, 100+ ft. range Radar sensitivity user programmable, 5 levels Flashing digit violator alert Amber LED traffic management arrows High/low speed programmable blanking Dark mode data collection 3/16" tinted, non-glare GE Lexan Sports mode KPH & MPH selectable Built in diagnostics Part numbers are provided for the Fast 650 system components for illustrative and placeholder purposes.
