- Solicitation Update for the Response date correction of 30 June 2017. This notice has been updated to the OFFICIAL Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) release. Release date is 15 May 2017. Responses are due 30 June 2017. This will be a basic contract with three (3) trial kit/install, and three (3) verification kit/installs. There will be options for one hundred and forty (140) Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) Group A Kits. Effort includes but is not limited to: AN/ALR-69A (V) RWR development, manufacture and installation, and structural modifications. The successful offeror will be choosen using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. Based on market research, the Government is not using policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acqisition of Commercial Items, in its soliciation for the described supplies or services.
