- Pre-Solicitation: ACS Newspaper Advertisements W91247-17-T-NPAD The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bragg, North Carolina, has a requirement in support of the Army Community Service (ACS), Fort Bragg, North Carolina. ACS requires advertising space in the Sunday edition of the Military section in the local newspaper which has daily distribution in the cities of Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Fort Bragg, and Hope Mills, North Carolina/Cumberland County and Hoke, Moore, Lee, Harnett, Sampson, and Robeson Counties. Advertisements shall be published once a month, on the last Sunday of the month, in the Military section of the Sunday newspaper. The ad will be 6 inches by 8.5 inches in full color and will advertise military family services, including class schedules, special events and military resources. The government will supply the ad to the contractor each month within the established timeframe. ACS requires monthly digital advertising of military family services, including class schedules, special events and military resources. A minimum of 400,000 full color impressions each month are required and will be advertised in both digital and mobile formats. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for this requirement. This acquisition is proposed to be classified utilizing the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 511110- Newspaper Publishers, but is subject to change if determined necessary. The proposed NAICS of 511110 has an associated size standard of 1000 employees. MICC - Fort Bragg anticipates issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) W91247-17-T-NPAD on or about 24 April 2017 but no later than 27 May 2017. Please note these dates are subject to change. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFQ package and any amendments. No paper copies of the RFP will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active.
