- Please see the attached statement of work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W91SMC-17-Q-7024 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-87. This procurement is set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 324110. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001: Bulk DL-2, low sulfur, Clear Diesel Fuel for a HEMITT Fuel Tanker (Top load) QTY: 13,800 Unit of Measure: GAL Delivery Location: A Co. 634th BSB, 112 Broadway Ave E, Mattoon, IL 61938. Required transportation costs, taxes and all equipment used must be included with the vendor's quote. All quotes must be rounded to the nearest whole penny This is a firm fixed contract, so the the price you quote will be the final price on the contract.
