- SPAWAR Atlantic intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to G3 TECHNOLOGIES, INC. This notice is NOT a request for quotes, it is a notice of intent, but the Government will accept quotes from all Small Business sources with the capability to provide the BRAND NAME product cited, and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes shall be submitted to Danielle.m.patrick@navy.mil no later than 5/17/2017 14:30 EST. Quotes must be valid for at least 60 days. Quotes shall include Payment terms, FOB Dest or Origin, Cage Code, POC name, phone number and email address. Vendors must be registered in Wide Area Workflow, and System For Awards Management. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
