- SPRMM1-17-R-PG63 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. DLA Maritime-Mechanicsburg intends to issue, negotiate, and award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract (see FAR 16.504) to Crystal Instruments Inc. (CAGE 577M0) for the acquisition of Vibration Analyzers (NSN: 6625-01-611-7387, PN: CoCo-80-G05) in support of the Navy Vibration Monitoring Program under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one or a limited number of responsible sources will satisfy agency requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The subject Vibration Analyzers are the only Analyzers approved for use onboard Navy Ships and Submarines by the Vibration Monitoring Program Office. The anticipated contract structure is a 3 Year Base Ordering Period plus 2 one-year options. The estimated yearly QTY is 20 each/year. NSN: 6625-01-611-7387 Description: Vibration Analyzers Estimated Yearly QTY: 20/each AMC/AMSC: 3Z AMC 3 = Acquire Directly from Actual Manufacturer AMSC Z = This part is determined a commercial/nondevelopmental/off-the-shelf item. Commercial item descriptions, commercial vendor catalog or price lists or commercial manuals assigned a technical manual number apply. If one source is available, AMCs 3, 4, or 5 are valid. If at least two sources are available, AMCs 1 or 2 are valid.
