- Sheet, Aluminum Coil Specifications Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm fixed price supply contract to procure at least 17,000 lbs of ALUMINUM SHEET/COIL 5052-H36 ASTM B209.04" X 96" X 875' (role length may vary). The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be a small business set-aside. The 2015 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 331315, Aluminum Sheet, Plate, and Foil Manufacturing, the size standard is 1250, and the product code is 9535. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-17-P-0050 will be released on or about May 23, 2017, with a closing date on or about May 31, 2017. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.fbo.gov on or about May 23, 2017. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
