- This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.204, Presolicitation Notices. The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice to the public of this requirement before issuing a solicitation. The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Program Management Office Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (PMO GCSS-MC) Quantico, VA, has a requirement to renew license maintenance support for Efficient Extensible Markup Language (Efficient XML) Software (consisting of 3 each Software Development Kits (SDKs) and 38 each JAVA Runtime Software). Efficient XML Software provides secure remote access for Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), file transfers. Efficient XML Software also provides secure unzip/zip capability of the interface data files. Description: Manufacturer/Vendor: AgileDelta, Inc. Product: Efficient XML license maintenance support (Part #: N/A). Quantity/Unit of Issue: 1 lot Delivery/Destination: N/A Duration of Contract Period: One year with four annual options. Procurement Method: Sole source. Reason: Only one responsible source found. Any other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
