- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center - Fort Bragg (MICC Center-FB) has a requirement to provide Dining Facility Attendant (DFA) Services at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to the following: janitorial,custodial duties within dining facilities. Included in these duties are sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, trash removal, dishwashing, waxing, stripping, buffing, window washing, pot and pan cleaning and other sanitation related functions. This action will be a 100% competitive Historically Underutilized Business Zones Certified Firm (HUBZone) set aside IAW FAR 19.1305(b). This action will include a provision that the requirement is subject to the Randolph Sheppard Act("RSA") and gives preference to the State Licensing Agency ("SLA"). In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must represent in good faith that it is a small business HUBZone vendor in accordance with FAR 19.301-1. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is 1 March 2018 to 28 February 2019 (includes 30 day phase in) with four (4) one-year options. Please note that this notice does NOT constitute the Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will be posted on or about 6 October 2017. The RFP and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov). Upon release of the RFP, potential offerors will be encouraged to submit questions and/or recommendations regarding the terms and conditions of the RFP and/or the associated documents. All timely submissions will be reviewed and the final RFP may contain changes as a result of any input received. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE CODE) and be registered in the System for Award Management(SAM) at www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561720. The small business size standard is $18 million.
