- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN(s) 6130-01-418-5230 and 6130-01-475-5313. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term The solicitation will be for a three-year base period with and two one-year option periods which will be extended in one year increments, at the discretion of the Government. The total duration not exceed five years. NAICs 334416 and 335312 applicable with Small Business Size Standard 500. Solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside with other than full and open competition. The solicitation will be available on or about June 26, 2017 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is necessary to manufacture the item and provide this evidence to the Government. Drawings/specifications will be available through DIBBS link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
