- **Initial Q&A posted** **PPQ's due date revised** **Complete answers to questions will be posted shortly** Request for Proposal for SABER ID/IQ at Dyess AFB, TX. This requirement is being solicited as a WOSB Set-Aside and will result in a FFP ID/IQ contract. The designated NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard: $35,000,000. A Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Period of Performance (POP) will be indicated on an individual task order level. The overall magnitude of construction for this contract is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. Magnitude of construction will be determined at the task order level, but will not exceed $1,000,000. Sections K, L, and M will be removed from any resultant award, but will be deemed incorporated by reference in the award. REVISED PPQ DUE DATE : Completed PPQ forms are due 17 May 2017, NLT 2:00PM CST. A site visit was conducted for the sample project on 27 April 2017 @ 3:00PM CST. ELECTRONIC RFPs are required. RFPs on CDs may be MAILED or HANDCARRIED to ATTN: Mrs. Merry Sargent-Green/ A1C Lydia Simpkins, 7 CONS/LGCA, 381 Third St. Bldg 7238, Dyess AFB, TX 79607. RFP's are due NLT 22 May 2017 at 2:00PM CST. All prices should be valid through 30 November 2017.
