Question and Answers regarding: VA786-17-R-0243 (Quantico National Cemetery Janitorial Services) The incumbent contractor: Lawrence Landscaping and Maintenance Inc (DUNS: 181174202) 757-398-0056(P). The approximately annual base yearly value: $125,000.00 NOTE: A second site visit will be held 05/16/2017 at 9AM EST | Cemetery contact: MR Scott Brunner, Program Support Assistant Quantico National Cemetery - 18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle., VA 22172 P: 703-221-2183 | F: 703-221-2185 - william.brunner@va.gov The Contractor must provide and or furnish all equipment, supplies, materials, labor and supervision necessary to provide complete Janitorial Services at the Quantico National Cemetery - Janitorial Services include cleaning of office space, employee, and visitor and restroom areas. Location and approximate size of areas to be cleaned are as follows: QNC Administrative Building - 3,200 sq. ft. QNC Maintenance Building - 2,000 sq. ft. QITC Building @ 5101 Russell Rd. - 3,000 sq. ft. QITC Building @ 5105 Russell Rd. - 3,500 sq. ft. QITC Building @ 5107 Russell Rd. - 1,500 sq. ft. QNC Public Restrooms Building - -- 500 sq. ft.
