- The Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD) intends to issue a follow on-sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Sabochick Consulting for the continued maintenance and training of the Reserve Fleet Labor (RFL) program installed at the Beuamont Reserve Fleet. Sabochick consulting is the developer of the system and has proprietary knowledge of the program as well as intimate knowledge of the reserve fleet labor accounting system and reporting requirement.
