- BACKGROUND The Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) is an operating division of the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) staffed with Caltech employees and is a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) under the sponsorship of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The Laboratory is seeking the services of a Wellness Consultant to assist in the design and implementation of an ongoing Wellness Program for JPL employees. REQUIREMENTS The attached Statement of Work contains (a) Required Services, (b) Tasks (with high and medium priorities), (c) Deliverables, (d) Milestones, and (e) Acceptance Criteria. The Laboratory requests all interested parties provide (1) Company name; (2) Contact information; (3) Business Size Classification, and (4) NAICS Code. The physical location of the contractor in the Los Angeles or surrounding areas is preferable; however, there is no preference as long as the contractor is able to be onsite multiple times throughout the year.
