- Attachment G Vendor Questions and Government Responses AV Media M0026417R0017 From Museum 5 11 2017 Attach F Updated Final Media Drawing List Amendment 0002 AV Media Production M00264-17-R-0017 *****Update 5/15/2017 ********* NOTE: The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is as follows: 1) Extend the due date for Proposals from May 19, 2017, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) TO May 31, 2017, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and; 2) Provide Attachment G: Vendor Questions and Government Responses and; 3) Provide updated PWS and; 4) Provide an additional Attachment F: Updated Final Media List and: 5) Provide updated Instructions to Offerors. ******Update 4/28/2017 Please see Amendment 0001 -M00264-17-R-0017 AV Media Production. ******************************************** The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Quantico, VA, has a requirement for the Final Phase Galleries of the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC) and will consists of conceptualizing, producing, editing, testing of audio and/or video interactive and packaged media for the NMMC located in Triangle, Virginia. The media will be part of the Final Phase program to expand the existing museum exhibit galleries. It is the Government's intent to issue a firm-fixed price IDIQ services contract for five (5) years. The proposed acquisition is being competed on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 512110 (Motion Picture and Video Production). The Government will solicit and award this contract using Contracting by Negation acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR 15. The Government intends to award to the source using Tradeoff Procedures (FAR 15.101-1). The contract award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation, (M00264-17-R-0017) is made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at https://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for any/all amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://www.acquisition.gov. Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contractors must be registered with Wide Area Workflow at https://wawf.eb.mil/. A site visit will occur on May 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) at the National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC) to allow for vendors the opportunity for a walk through the museum in order to assess and capture how they will propose on this effort. No questions will be answered during the course of this site visit. However, questions can be submitted in accordance with the solicitation.
