Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a Sole Source, firm-fixed-price contract with MED ENG, LLC to procure the following P/N 8000502 - Suite EOD 10 Olive Drab Medium ODG11310 Medium, P/N 8000619 Suite EOD 10 Olive Drab Large, ODG11310 Large, P/N 8000737 EOD 10 Helmet Pkg. Olive and P/N 8001061 BB-2590 Battery W/Charger Kit. The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Brian Wilkins, email address Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov by Tuesday May 16, 2017 (2:00pm EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
