Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of Fetal Fibronectin Analyzer and Reagents, for use at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. The potential contract will require the supply of the analyzer, to include all equipment, reagents, supplies, consumables, equipment maintenance, emergency repair, preventative maintenance and training and the below listed items to perform Fetal Fibronectin Testing: RAPI FFN CASSETTES 01200, 12 Each RAPI FFN CASSETTES 01166, 3 Each PRINTER LABELS 52660-001, 2 Each No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this sources sought notice or any follow-up information requests. Interested parties should submit notice of ability to supply items listed above along with company DUNS Number and Cage Code via email to: barry.l.baxter.civ@mail.mil no later than 22 May 2017, 3:00 pm Central.
