- Modification #3: Question 2: In order to gauge the required level of effort for this Feasibility Study, please let us know if the following items will be made available to the Contractor: 1) existing detailed transmission/distribution models for the port and connecting grid facilities, and 2) detailed electrical drawings of the facilities. Answer 2: The Grantee will provide electrical diagrams of the facilities and historical power consumption data to the Contractor. Please note that the data collection frequency for the power consumption is hourly at the meter and daily for the major end uses. The Grantee will also provide one-line diagrams of the port to the Contractor. One-line diagrams of the Cartagena substation and the entire national grid are in the public domain.
