- Attachment #2 Full Text Provisions & Clauses Attachment #1 Requirements Statement Combined Synopsis Solicitation The Iowa Army National Guard Directorate of Logistics has a requirement for one-time catered meals to support Soldiers during their annual training June 10-24, 2017 at the Middletown, Iowa armory. The requirement includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. See the attached Combined Synopsis-Solicitation and Attachments #1 and #2 for specific meal requirement details. This solicitation is issued under Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912LP-17-Q-1106. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 11:00 a.m. local (Central) time on 22 May 2017. Submit your complete quote package to: Iowa Army National Guard, Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center, USPFO-PC, Camp Dodge, 7105 NW 70th Ave., Johnston, Iowa 50131-1824. ATTN: Mr. Dan Collins (Contract Specialist) by the aforementioned due date & time.
