- Turner Roof Replacement The built-up roofs on dormitories 4803, 4804, and 4805 have been damaged by a recent tornado and require replacement. The scope of work for this design-build contract includes a complete design and construction thereof for the removal of the existing built-up roof and insulation down to concrete deck and installation of a new two-ply, modified bitumen SBS membrance system complete with new tapered rigid insulation.
