- Attachment #2 Full Text Provisions & Clauses Attachment #1 Statement of Work Combined Synopsos Solicitation The Iowa Army National Guard Warrior & Family Services Branch has a requirement for one-time accommodations to support a pre-mobilization Yellow Ribbon event for Soldiers and their families in the Des Moines or Ames, Iowa metropolitan areas. The requirement include: lodging, meeting /event space, and meals (lunch & dinner). See the attached Combined Synopsis-Solicitation and Attachments #1 and #2 for specific requirement details. This solicitation is issued under Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912LP-17-Q-1104. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. local (Central) time on 19 May 2017. Submit your complete quote package to: Iowa Army National Guard, Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center, USPFO-PC, Camp Dodge, 7105 NW 70th Ave., Johnston, Iowa 50131-1824. ATTN: Mr. Dan Collins (Contract Specialist) by the aforementioned due date & time.
