- Description
- The Bankhead Ranger District has a requirement for aggregate and sand. The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools and other incidentals to provide crushed limestone aggregate (ALDOT #825B, ALDOT #4, ALDOT #8910 ALDOT Class I Rip Rap either tailgated on National Forest system roads or stockpiled in a designated location and clean sand, (Concrete Grade) as required for the Bankhead Ranger District, principally located in Winston and Lawrence counties in Alabama.. The resultant contract(s) from subject solicitation will be Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) with one base period and four option years that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The minimum guaranteed amount will be $2,500 and the maximum amount will be not to exceed $995,000 dollars over the life for each contract. The size standard is 500 employees under NAICS code 212321 This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The solicitation is expected to be posted around May 17, 2016 on this website. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status of solicitation and amendments, if any. All interested parties must be registered with the System for award management (www.sam.gov).
