- The U.S. Geological Survey, National Research Program, Eastern Branch, located in Reston, VA has a requirement for a Thermo Scientific (Dionex) Aquion Ion Chromatography System (refer to B.2. Salients). The contract will be firm fixed-price. The Brand Name Justification, as required by FAR 13.106-1, is attached. Request for Quote (RFQ) G17PS00512 will be issued on or about 05/15/2017 with written quotes due 05/19/2017. The acquisition will be full and open competition. The NAICS code is 334515 and the size standard is 1000 employees. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. The purchase order will be awarded to the offeror submitting the lowest priced proposal that is technically acceptable in terms of approach/capability.
