- Sample Purchase Description (PD) 3 kilowatt (kW) Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG) sets RFI instructions for 3 kilowatt (kW) Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG) sets E2S2 is looking for capable sources to build, test, package, and deliver MEP-831A and MEP-832A 3 kilowatt (kW) Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG) sets (hereafter referred to as ‘sets') in accordance with the attached Government furnished Technical Data Package (TDP). In addition to 3kW TQG hardware, this effort will include Testing, Program Management, and Technical Support. This effort may also include updates to the TDP and technical manual (TM 9-6115-639-13&P). The minimum combined quantity of both 400 hertz (Hz) and 60 Hz 3kW TQG set orders is 20 over a twelve month contract period beginning in July of 2017.
