- SPE7L417Q0064 NSN(s): 2530-01-333-8263 Item Description: Caliper Assembly, Disk Brake Description: Item is a source controlled drawing being bought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 12342342 and all related data. The approved source is AM General (34623), part number 12342342. The total quantity required is 2650 AY. FOB Origin/I&A @ Origin apply to this solicitation. This solicitation is an RFQ and will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 25 May 2017 ; hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation is Unrestricted. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. The required delivery is up to 2650 AY in 316 days with First Article Test-Contractor (FAT-C) requirement. Delivery will be 166 days with waiver of FAT-C. Based on market research this item is a commercial-off-the-shelf item; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 (Commercial) in its solicitation for this item. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Solicitation is being issued as I&A @ origin, FOB Origin. Ship to: W25G10 (New Cumberland PA) Estimated Award date is 07/20/17. This solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Military Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the DOD, US/Canada Joint Certification Officer, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. This solicitation contains Procurement Note L09 (Reverse Auction): The Contracting officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. During the course of the on-line auction, offers' proposed prices will be publicly disclosed to other offerors and anyone else having access to the on-line auction. This public disclosure is anonymous, meaning that each offeror's identity will be concealed from other offerors (although it will be known to the Government), and only generic identifiers will be used publicly for each offeror's proposed pricing (e.g., "Offeror A"). By submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation, offerors agree to participate in the Reverse Auction and that their prices may be publicly disclosed, including to other offers, during the Reverse Auction. An offeror's final auction price will be considered its final proposal revision. No price revisions will be accepted after the close of the Reverse Auction, unless the Contracting Officer decides that further discussions are needed and final proposal revisions are again requested in accordance with FAR 15.307. The item is subject to the Trade Agreements Act. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency.
