- NATO STANAG 2280 Attachment 1, Guard Tower MOD AB ES 7 50 TP M FA5422-17-R-7016 RFP This is a solicitation for Defensive Fighting Position Towers for Air Base 101, Niamey, Niger, Africa. This requirement is being solicited and evaluated under procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12, Commercial Items, and of Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Product Service Code is 5445. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311, the size standard is 750 employees. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The anticipated delivery date will be 60 days after date of award with FOB Destination. All responsible contractors may submit a quotation and will be considered by 768 EABS/Contracting. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a quoter for any costs. Award will be made to the responsive offeror determined to be the most advantageous to the government in accordance with the criteria listed in the attached solicitation. Offers are due by 1:00M EST, 15 June 2017.
