- INVASIVE WEED CONTROL, WESTERN OREGON DISTRICT, WEST OF THE CASCADES: This solicitation has been issued in www.fedconnect.net This procurement is SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) commercial items services contract for invasive weed control in BLM Oregon Districts West of the Cascades. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year options. The minimum guarantee quantity for the IDIQ, including options, is $10,000.00. The NAICS code is 115112 and the small business size stat6ndard $7.5 Million. The basis of award is the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provided 52.212-2 as applicable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 05/19/2017. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 05/16/2017.
