- Revised Attachment 1 The goverment is amending RFP HSHQDN-17-R-0003 to change the threshold of Personal Radiation Detector Operational Requirement OR-3 Neutron Detection to reference ANSI Standard N42.32-2016 as opposed to ANSI Standard N42.32-2006. The Government previously published a Special Notice, dated May 9, 2017, regarding this RFP amendment to determine if the change would have affected the original field of offerors. The lack of responses indicated that this change would not have affected the original field of offerors. For that reason, and due to the partially-completed test schedule and additional time and resources necessary for any re-testing, the Government does not intend to accept any new offerors in response to this RFP change.
