- Naval Facilities Engineering Command Far East (NAVFAC FE) intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract for vehicle lease services. The contractor shall provide and secure buses (nineteen (19) each), straight lease services for U. S. Naval Base, Yokosuka, Atsugi, Sasebo and Okinawa Japan. The requirement is performance based Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definite-Quantity for a base period plus four (4) one-year option period. Interested parties are encouraged to register at https://asia.neco.navy.mil/ prior to downloading the solicitation. If the solicitation is not posted at this website on or about 7 June 2017, you may request email notification of the date it is uploaded. Send your request by e-mail at akemi.morita.ja@fe.navy.mil. Delivery Requirements: The vehicles shall be delivered on or before 01 March 2018. Unless otherwise indicated in the synopsis, this is an internet-only solicitation.
