- FY 16 NAF Visiting Quarters: This project is for the construction of the FY 16 NAF (Non-Appropriated Funds) Visiting Quarters at Davis-Monthan (DMAFB) Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. Work to be performed consists of a new Visiting Quarters(VQ), located at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ. The new 4 story VQ building will include 262 guest rooms with approximately 164,200 SF inclusive of appropriate back of house areas, guest laundries, central laundry facility, housekeeping function spaces, multifunctional lobby, business center, conference rooms, exercise room, restrooms, "Shell" construction of the space for Rickenbacker's Tenant Improvement including stub-ins and rough-in of utilities and other exterior improvements. This project will be Certified Silver under LEED for New Construction. The solicitation will be prepared in accordance with FAR 15, and include evaluation factors, developed in accordance with FAR 15.304. THIS IS A UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. This will be a Competitive Request for Proposal(RFP),using BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF procedures, resulting in a firm fixed price contract. The estimated cost range of this procurement is $25,000,000.00 - $50,000,000.00.
